Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Bartan Gdansk Seaside, the culinary offerings at Bursztynowa Restaurant truly stood out as a highlight. As a history professor with a penchant for Central European cuisine, I found the restaurant's interior decoration to be a charming blend of modern and traditional elements, reflecting the region's rich heritage.Upon entering the 80-seat restaurant, I was impressed by the diverse menu offerings that catered to various palates. From pierogi to zurek, each dish showcased a commitment to authenticity and quality ingredients, mirroring my passion for exploring Poland's gastronomic landscape. The top-notch service further elevated the dining experience, with attentive staff ensuring a seamless mealtime. The restaurant's convenient operating hours from 13.00 to 22.00 provided ample opportunities to savor delectable meals, whether it was a leisurely lunch or a cozy dinner. The hotel's additional facilities like the cafe, sauna, Jacuzzi, and conference room offered a well-rounded experience for guests seeking relaxation and indulgence. I look forward to returning next year to indulge in more memorable dining experiences at this culinary gem by the serene Baltic coast.
